Fizzy First Friday

Join us on the first Friday of every month as the Turchin Center for the Visual Arts (TCVA) is open late as part of the Downtown Boone Art Crawl. Residents, visitors and the Appalachian State University community are invited to TCVA to experience the exhibitions featured in its six galleries.

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and we have special goodies for everyone to enjoy. Tickle your nose with a fizzy drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available) and savor some valentines cookies. Due to our masking policy, these treats will be offered on the plaza, weather permitting. We have put in a good word with Mother Nature and ask that you cross your fingers or say a prayer that the February weather will be balmy.
